Requirements:
Qualifications: A minimum of 1 years experience in Maternal Child Care environment within the last 18 months. Completion of high school with courses in general science, biology, psychology, and chemistry is mandatory. Completion of a medical assisting program recognized and accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) or the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES), or, equivalent combinations of successfully completed post-high school and experience. Experience performing nursing activities in the care and treatment of patients; operating and maintaining therapeutic equipment; and assisting in medical treatment of patients. Have at least 12 months of experience within the last 36 months, in an inpatient setting.
